The principles of professionalisation and industrialisation form the basis of the Lean Services research unit. At the centre of the unit’s work is the development of integrated management approaches as a service production system (SPS) focussing on the value contribution of industrial services. Based on the principles of lean management, the unit establishes new methods and tools to sustainably increase efficiency in service companies.
