Industrial Logistics (Sommersemester)
Procurement I (lecture and exercise)
The first part of the module "Procurement" will be focusing on strategic aspects of procurement. Make-or-Buy decisions determine the company's vertical range of manufacture and define "what" will be purchased. Sourcing strategies demonstrate "how" the process of purchasing can be structured. Supplier Relationship Management describes different types of costumer-supplier relationships. Thereby it establishes a basis for the question "who" is the right supplier.
