Review and Support of Our Research Activities
The Research Advisory Board reviews, advises on, accompanies and coordinates research projects submitted to it by FIR e.V. Two criteria play a decisive role here:
- The Research Advisory Board examines the research proposals with regard to the state of research and checks whether the research questions have already been answered by other parties.
- The Research Advisory Board then assesses the economic potential of the research projects and their pre-competitiveness. This ensures that SMEs have continuous access to the current state of technological knowledge and thus enhance their international competitiveness in the respective economic sector or technology field.
