Aachener Competence-Center - Electronic Commerce
The goal of the Aachener Competence-Centre was to support small and medium-sized companies cross-industry in the region of Aachen by the introduction of e-business solutions.
The "Aachener Competence Center – Electronic Commerce" (ACC-EC) promoted e-business solutions to SMEs and supported enterprises with good and best practices. The ACC-EC was one of the 28 national competence centers in Germany funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi). The ACC-EC organised transfer oriented meetings and workshops for SMEs on a regular basis; in particular, it strove to highlight the major and most relevant strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for SMEs within the field of e-business.
