A model of recomendation for a customer-supplier interface which allows an adaptive logistics in a dynamic business environment.
The objective of the project is the development of a structured approach to case-specific decision support for the evaluation and design of the customer-supplier interface from a customer perspective, taking into account varying factors of the dynamic business environment. Core of the project is a simulation-based decision model, which supports companies in assessing the performance of SCM concepts.
