Die anschließenden Systempräsentationen mussten Pandemie- bedingt teils digital stattfinden. Dennoch konnte sich IDEAL , nicht zuletzt aufgrund der vom FIR begleiteten intensi- ven Vorüberlegungen, zügig und sicher für einen neuen Partner entscheiden. Im weiteren Verlauf werden nun Details mit dem neuen Systempartner abgestimmt sowie Workshops zur Erstellung von Pflichtenheften durchgeführt, in denen so- wohl die Verantwortlichkeiten im Projekt als auch spezifi- sche Systemausprägungen definiert werden. Mithilfe der Expertise des FIR , der Unterstützung des Auswahlprozesses durch den IT-Matchmaker ® der Trovarit AG und der hohen Motivation von IDEAL , wird somit der Grundstein für eine langfristig bedarfsgerechte Ausgestaltung ihrer Prozesse und IT-Systeme gelegt. Dies stellt die Grundlage für ein langfristiges Unternehmenswachstum und die aktive Mitgestaltung des Marktes dar. vo · ra during implementation. Step 3 – Selection of an ERP system Parallel to the data quality assessment, the selection of a new ERP system was further advanced. After IDEAL had comprehensively dealt with the requirements for a new solution in the workshops moderated by the FIR , they went into an initial selection phase for a new ERP system and a system provider. The subsequent system presentations had to take place partly digitally due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, IDEAL was able to decide quickly and confidently in favor of a new partner, not least due to the intensive preliminary considerations supported by the FIR . In the further course, details will now be coordinated with the new system partner and workshops will be held to create functional specifications in which both the responsibilities in the project and specific system characteristics will be defined. With the help of the expertise of FIR , the support of the selection process by the IT-Matchmaker ® of Trovarit AG and the high motivation of IDEAL , the foundation is laid for a long-term needs-based design of their processes and IT systems.
