Auf Basis der Wettbewerbsanalyse und des bestehenden Produktportfolios konnte die HESS Group zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt in ihrem aktuellen Umfeld eingeordnet werden. Anhand der erhobenen Kundendaten und -informationen konnten die Kunden in drei Typen eingeordnet werden. Diese Kategorisierung half bei der Entwicklung neuer digitaler Leistungen für die jeweiligen Kundentypen mit ihren spezifischen Bedürfnissen. Der Weg zum digitalen Leistungsportfolio Aufgrund des tiefen Kundenverständnisses gelang es, die neuen digitalen Leistungen zu entwickeln, die zusammen mit den bereits bestehenden Leistungen in die Kategorien Dokumentation, Schulung/Weiterbildung, Produktion und Steuerung, Ersatzteilemanagement und Instandhaltung ein- geordnet wurden. Innerhalb jeder Kategorie finden sich mehrere Leistungen, die ihrerseits in vier Abstufungen heruntergebrochen werden. Diese Abstufungen ermöglichen, dass für jeden der Kundentypen der richtige Leistungsumfang verfügbar ist.
