UdZ 01.24 / 25 Service Is Made of Courage 27th Aachen Service Forum Offers Inspiration with Success Stories of Service Transformation Around 500 participants accepted the invitation of FIR at RWTH Aachen University and the Service Performance Center to the 27th Aachen Service Forum on March 13. Under the motto "Subscription Journey – How to Successfully Transition from Product to Digital Solution Provider", the hosts emphasized the growing importance of data-based as-a-service business models for the future of industry and services. Representatives from industry inspired the audience by showcasing best practices and sharing experience reports on the three key development stages on the path to becoming a digital solution provider: Service Excellence, Digital Products, and Subscription. The Aachen Service Forum is Germany's leading innovation event in the industrial services sector. The free online event offers the traditionally product-centric mechanical and plant engineering sector in particular a platform for exchanging knowledge and providing new impetus on the path to becoming a digital solution provider.
