Entwicklung eines umfassenden Schulungscurriculums Das VET4CHAINS-Projektteam setzt sich für die Entwicklung eines fundierten Schulungsprogramms ein, das Online- und Präsenzlernen kombiniert, um allen Teilnehmenden einen einfachen Zugang zu ermöglichen. Dieses Curriculum wird mit dem Europäischen Leistungspunktesystem für die berufliche Bildung (ECVET) abgestimmt, wodurch die Anerkennung von Qualifikationen und Zertifikaten sowohl in Europa als auch in Lateinamerika erleichtert wird. Das Schulungsprogramm umfasst fünf zentrale Themenbereiche: • Arbeitsplatzbasiertes Lernen • Nachhaltige Prozesse und die Herausforderung neuer Technologien (Industrie 4.0) • Change-Management und Unternehmenskultur in der Automobilindustrie Germany. This research provides valuable insights into the specific training needs and challenges in each of the countries. Based on these findings, the project will develop a tailored competency profile and a corresponding training program to address the identified needs. This approach ensures that the training program is both relevant and effective. Building a Community of Practice To promote collaboration and collective learning, VET4CHAINS is creating a Community of Practice that brings together professionals from vocational education in the automotive sector. This platform will enable participants to share insights, discuss challenges, and develop joint initiatives. By fostering continuous collaboration, the community will enhance the impact of the project and ensure that the activities emerging from it consistently meet the current needs of the industry. Developing a Comprehensive Training Curriculum The VET4CHAINS project team is committed to develop a robust training program that combines online and inperson learning, providing easy access for all participants. This curriculum will be aligned with the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET), making it easier to recognize qualifications and certificates both in Europe and Latin America. The curriculum covers five key areas: • Work-based learning • Sustainable processes and the challenge of new technologies (Industry 4.0) • Change management and workplace culture in the automotive industry • Inclusion in the automotive industry • Digital innovation and data management for SMEs in the automotive industry The VET4CHAINS project is more than just a training initiative - it is a catalyst for sustainable change in the automotive industry. Through strategic measures such as a the best practices database, tailored competency profiles, and a comprehensive training program, VET4CHAINS equips VET professionals and SMEs with the necessary tools to implement more environmentally friendly production and business processes, such as resource-efficient manufacturing methods, energyefficient production techniques, and sustainable supply chain strategies. These efforts pave the way for a global shift toward sustainable industrial processes and could inspire similar transformations in other sectors. In doing so, VET4CHAINS sets new standards for vocational education, contributing to a more sustainable future worldwide.
