FOCUS – BEST PRACTICES 34 / UdZ 02.21 Die praktische Umsetzung von Robustheit und Agilität er­ folgt mithilfe unterschiedlicher Maßnahmen. In der Studie sind die betrachteten Maßnahmen in die Handlungsfelder Netzwerkgestaltung , Datenintegration und Industrie-4.0- Technologien gegliedert. Als besonders wichtig erachten UnternehmendieZusammenarbeitunddenDatenaustauschmit Wertschöpfungspartnern sowie die Umsetzung eines Multiple- Sourcing-Konzepts. Maßnahmen, die dem Handlungsfeld ‚Industrie-4.0-Technologien‘ zugeordnet sind, werden hingegen als weniger relevant eingestuft. Beispielhafte Maßnahmen aus diesem Handlungsfeld sind der Einsatz von Big-Data-Analytics, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder Digital Twins. Diese Tendenz zeigt sich auch bezüglich des derzeitigen Umsetzungsstands der Maßnahmen (s. Figure 1). However, there is currently restraint in the use of new technologies; their use is planned more for the long term. 7 Recommendations for Companies Aholistic viewof the value networkmakes it possible to shape resilience over the long term. This requires strengthening both robustness and agility. The report identifies options for action in the three areas of network design , data integration and Industrie 4.0 technologies that support the targeted enhancement of resilience. Consideration of entire value networks and the interdependencies between the various players is part of the network design field of action.
