FIR NEWS 40 / UdZ 02.21 Konsortialtreffen hat erfolgreich stattgefunden Das erste Konsortialtreffen im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts ‚KI-LIAS – Künstliche Intelligenz für lernförderliche indus­ trielle Assistenzsysteme‘ wurde am 8. Juli 2021 erfolgreich durchgeführt. Mit Rücksicht auf die andauernde Corona- Lage kamen die Partner aus Industrie und Forschung im di­ gitalen Raum zusammen. Vertreter der Unternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen berichteten und diskutierten über die Ergebnisse der letzten Monate. Diese wurden seit Projektstart in über 40 Workshops mit mehr als 30 Teilnehmer:Innen aus 24 verschiedenen Rollen gemeinsam erarbeitet. So konnten im Rahmen des Projekts bereits 22 Usecases für KI-Anwendungen bei den Partnernunternehmen identifiziert werden. Das Projekttreffen wurde darüber hinaus durch einen spannen­ den Impulsvortrag zum Thema „Change-Management im digitalen Wandel“ (Referent Roman Senderek, FIR ) sowie drei Workshops zu den Themen „Akzeptanz“, „Potenzialanalyse“, sowie „Kompetenzen & Qualifikationen“ ergänzt. With respect to the ongoing Corona situation the partners from industry and research came together in the digital space. Representatives of the companies and research institutions reported and discussed the results of the last months. Since the start of the project, these have been jointly developed in over 40 workshops with more than 30 participants from 24 different roles. As a result, the project has already identified 22 use cases for AI applications at the partner companies. The project meeting was also complemented by an exciting keynote speech on the topic of “ Change Management in Digital Transformation ” (speaker Roman Senderek, FIR ) as well as three workshops on the topics of “ Acceptance ” , “ Potential Analysis ” , and “ Competencies & Qualifications ” . Great thanks go to all partner companies and participants for the good cooperation in the last months. The FIR is looking forward to the next common steps within the project.
