UdZ 02.21 / 101 A rbeit 4.0, Automatisierung, demographi­ scher Wandel, COVID-19-Krise und der regi­ onale Strukturwandel – sie stellen insbeson­ dere Unternehmen und Einrichtungen der Gesundheitswirtschaft in der Region Aachen vor die kom­ plexe Aufgabe, das Lernen und Arbeiten neu zu organisie­ ren und zu gestalten. Vor diesem Hintergrund sehen sich die Unternehmen auch mit neuen Fragestellungen konfrontiert, mit denen es sich genauer auseinanderzusetzen gilt und für die konstruktive Lösungen zu finden sind. Konkret sind es vier zentrale Leitthemen, in denen sich aktuell die größten Herausforderungen inderGesundheitswirtschaft lokalisieren lassen: Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion , Gesundes Arbeiten , Digitale Kollaboration sowie Agilität und Innovation . Für diese Themen werden in den beiden GALA- Handlungsfeldern Arbeitsgestaltung und Kompetenz- management mithilfe einer Toolbox „Arbeitsgestaltung“ und einer Toolbox „Kompetenzmanagement“ innovative Werkzeuge und Konzepte entwickelt, erprobt und umge­ setzt. Mit dem Gesundheitssektor als Zukunftsbranche liefert das Projekt ‚GALA‘ einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Regionalentwicklung und gestaltet so den Strukturwandel in der strukturschwachen Region Aachen aktiv mit. Entsprechend wird das Projekt auch von den in der Region Aachen bestens vernetzten und verankerten Institutionen MedLife e. V ., digitalHUB Aachen und der Stadt Aachen als assoziierte Partner begleitet und unterstützt. Figure 1 gibt einen Überblick über das Projekt. Against this backdrop, they are also confronted with new issues that need to be addressed in greater detail and to which constructive solutions need to be found. Specifically, there are four central guiding themes in which the greatest challenges in the health economicscan currently be localized: Human-Machine Interaction , Healthy Working , Digital Collaboration , and Agility and Innovation . For these topics, innovative tools and concepts are being developed, tested and implemented in the two GALA fields of action Work Design and Competence Management with the help of a toolbox „Work Design" and a toolbox “Competence Management”. With the health sector as the industry of the future, the ‘GALA’ project makes an important contribution to regional development and thus actively shapes structural change in the structurally weak Aachen region. Accordingly, the project is also accompanied and supported by the institutions MedLife e. V. , digitalHUB Aachen and the City of Aachen , which are well networked and anchored in the Aachen region, as associated partners. Figure 1 provides an overview of the project.
