UdZ 2-2021 / 45 OKReady: OKR as an AgileManagement System for SMEs On April 1, 2021, FIR together with the International Performance Research Institute (IPRI) started the project ‘OKReady – Development of a concept for the introduction of the agile management system Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in small and medium-sized enterprises’, which is funded by the German Federation of Industrial ResearchAssociations � OttovonGuericke � e. V. Theaimof theproject is toenableSMEs tosuccessfully introduce the agilemanagement systemOKR in order to achieve corporate goals more quickly and in amore targetedmanner through increased transparency and strengthened employee commitment. In doing so, the two institutes want to tap into potential benefits and find answers to the question of how the introduction of OKR can increase the probability of success of digitization projects. >
