Die Pilot-Lösung unterstützt externe ServiceMitarbeiter:innen dabei, schnell und zuverlässig zum richtigen Einsatzort in großräumigen Industrieanlagen zu gelangen. Ermöglicht wird dies durch eine hybride Lokalisierungslösung mit Augmented Reality und Mobilfunk. Zusätzlich werden Service-Mitarbeiter:innen auch während der Durchführung ihres Serviceauftrages durch das Einblenden standortbezogener Anleitungen und Informationen zu Arbeitsabläufen für Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen bei ihrer Arbeit unterstützt. Next Generation Technical Service Supported by Hybrid Localization In the consortium innovation project “5G Assisted AR Localization”, the Center Cpnntected Indusrty worked together with Dematic, Ericsson, PTC and Deutsche Telekom/ T-Systems on a new generation of technical service and maintenance services. The pilot solution supports external service staff in quickly and reliably getting to the right place in large-scale industrial plants. This is made possible by a hybrid localization solution with augmented reality and mobile communications.
