V. an der RWTH Aachen wurde kürzlich eine neue Business-Development-Group (BDG) mit dem Namen „Smart Work“ unter der Leitung von Roman Senderek ins Leben gerufen. Hervorgegangen aus der ehemals im Bereich Dienstleistungsmanagement angesiedelten Fachgruppe „New Industrial Work“, soll sich die BDG zukünftig schwer- punktmäßig noch intensiver mit der Gestaltung innovativer Lehr- und Lernprozesse sowie deren Einbettung in lernför- derliche Arbeitsumgebungen und -abläufe beschäftigen, um Unternehmen und Beschäftigte bei dem Wandel zur Arbeitswelt 4.0 zielgerichteter und proaktiver begleiten zu kön- nen. Ausgehend von einer breiten Basis geförderter Projekte und den in den vergangenen Jahren entwickelten (New-Work-) KonzeptenundMethoden,werdenmitdieserNeuausrichtungin- novative Lehr- und Lernkonzepte gemeinsammit Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen (bspw. Produktion, Gesundheit, Service) (weiter-)entwickelt und verstärkt (auch international) in der Praxis umgesetzt. Die Auswahl und Implementierung von geeigneten und bedarfsgerechten Lernlösungen gehen dabei auch mit der Gestaltung von immer stärker individualisierten Lernpfaden und ggfs. auch Karrierewegen für die Beschäftigten einher. Mit der Gründung der BDG Smart Work trägt das FIR der Tatsache Rechnung, dass im Zuge des rasanten und revolutio- nären Wandels der Arbeitswelten die beiden Themenbereiche Arbeitsgestaltung und Kompetenzmanagement immer mehr an Bedeutung erlangen und von Unternehmensseite ein hoher Bedarf an Intelligenten und flexiblen Lösungen für Betriebs- organisation und Management besteht. » aachener-smart-work.de New Business Development Group At FIR e. V. at RWTH Aachen University , a new Business Development Group (BDG) called “Smart Work” was recently established under the leadership of Roman Senderek. Emerging from the “New Industrial Work” specialist group, whichwas formerly based in the area of servicemanagement, the BDG is to focus even more intensively in the future on the design of innovative teaching and learning processes and their embedding in work environments and processes that promote learning, in order to be able to support companies and employees in the transformation to Working World 4.0 in a more targeted and proactive manner. Based on a broad base of funded projects and the (New Work) concepts and methods developed in recent years, innovative teaching and learning conceptswill be (further) developed and increasingly implemented (also internationally) in practice together with companies from a wide range of sectors (e.g. production, health, service). The selection and implementation of suitable and demand-oriented learning solutions also goes hand in hand with the design of increasingly individualized learning paths and, if necessary, career paths for employees. Oktober 2021 trafen sich anlässlich des 2. Konsortial- treffens alle Partner des Gala-Verbundprojekts. Seit dem letzten Verbundtreffen haben die Partner an Workshops teilgenom- men und ein Self-Assessment anhand der vier GALA-Leitthemen „Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion“, „Gesundes Arbeiten“ „Digitale Kollaboration“ und „Agilität/Innovation“ durchgeführt. Im Vorder- grund dieses Treffens stand der Austausch über die Ergebnisse sowiedieGenerierungder zukünftigengemeinsamenZiele. » gala.fir.de GALA Collaborative Project Meeting On October 25 th & 26 th , all partners of the Gala joint project met on the occasion of the 2nd consortium meeting. Since the last consortium meeting, the partners have participated in workshops, a self-assessment based on the four GALA guiding themes “Human-Machine Interaction”, “Healthy Working”, “Digital Collaboration” and “Agility/Innovation”.
