Was ist ein APS, wozu setze ich es ein und wird es bei mir im Unternehmen überhaupt benötigt? Um diesen und weiteren Fragestellungen nachzugehen, hat das Center Integrated Business Applications (CIBA) unter Leitung von Katharina Berwing eine Studie zu Pla- nungsaufgaben in Supply-Chains, deren Ergebnisse im Frühling 2022 veröffentlicht werden, durchgeführt. Ziel war es unter anderem, zu verstehen, für welche planerischen Aufgaben im Unternehmen welche Systeme eingesetzt werden. Funktionalitäten von betrieblichen Anwendungssystemen verlaufen häufig nicht in klaren Systemgrenzen. Welche Funktionalität von unterschiedlichen Anbietern konkret unterstützt und in wel- cher Systemwelt aufgehoben ist, konnte mit der Studie durch eine Befragung von An- bietern von Planungslösungen jetzt identifiziert werden. > Center Integrated Business Applications Surveyed System Providers on APS Interview with the Responsible Person for Product Management in the Production Division of INFORMGmbH which system is actually the right one for what planning activity, and how do I find the optimal combination of different planning systems?What is an APS, what do I use it for, and do I actually need it in my company? In order to investigate these and other questions, the Center Integrated Business Applications (CIBA) , led byKatharina Berwing, conducted a study on planning tasks in supply chains, the results of which will be published in spring 2022. One of the aims was to understand which systems are used for which planning tasks in the company. Functionalities of business application systems often do not follow clear system boundaries. The study was able to identify which functionality is specifically supported by what providers and in which system world it is located with the help of a survey among planning solution providers. >
