Basis dafür sind Recherchen in Normungsdatenbanken und Fachzeitschriften, Interviews, aber auch Workshops und Prozessanalysen. Insbesondere soll das Mehrwertpotenzial durch Standardisierung im Kontext von Datenaufnahme, Datenspeicherung und Datenübertragung/ Schnittstellen identifiziert werden. Aufwand und Nutzen für das Unternehmen Die Umstellung der Produktion von statischen auf adaptive Pro- zesse bedeutet zwar einen initialen Mehraufwand, sichert aber langfristig die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens. Der Wechsel hin zu mehr Flexibilität und Agilität ist angesichts aktueller Entwicklungen unabdingbar. Die konkret herrschende Materialknappheit führt dazu, dass Unternehmen gezwungen sind, auch Materialien einzusetzen, die die gestellten Produktan- forderungen nicht in vollem Maße erfüllen. Eine adaptive Prozess- führung hilft zusammen mit den Projektergebnissen unter Um- ständen dabei, auch solche Materialien verarbeiten zu können. Dies stellt nur einen der vielen Vorteile der entwickelten Daten- plattform dar, weshalb in einem eigenen Arbeitspaket der wirt- schaftlicheMehrwert der entwickelten Lösung untersucht wird. fj · mr Standardization for Broad Use In order to make the results obtained available for broad industrial use, content worthy of standardization is elaborated and the necessary preparatory work for standardization or the initiation of standardization processes (for example by a DIN-SPEC) is carried out. Adaptive process control, together with project results, may help to be able to process such materials as well.
