Das Gaia-XperienceLab Um die Innovationspotenziale von Gaia-X breitenwirksam in der produzierenden Industrie ausrollen zu können, werden modulare Transferumgebungen entwickelt. In diesem Umfeld sollen dieErkenntnisseausdemProjektUranos-Xzielgerichtet fürKMU aufbereitet und erlebbar gemacht werden. An den Standorten Aachen (unter der Leitung des FIR) und Paderborn (unter der Leitung des IEM) werden zu diesem Zweck Gaia-XperienceLabs entstehen. Die Labs sollen in bestehenden Infrastrukturen im Cluster Smart Logistik auf dem RWTH Aachen Campus und in dem IoT Xperience Center am Fraunhofer IEM integriert werden. Im Detail ruhen die Gaia-XperienceLabs auf drei Säulen: permanent ausgestellter Demonstrator, modulares Erlebnisforumund modularesWorkshopangebot. Ein permanent ausgestellter Demonstrator erlaubt den direkten Zugriff auf Ergebnisse der relevanten Gaia-X-Projekte. Das flexible Konzept des Demonstrators sieht dabei eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung vor. Mit dedizierten Eingabegeräten und der Anbindung weiterer Hardware, z. B. mit zusätzlichen Tablets, ist eine Durchführung von Planspielen am Demonstrator geplant. Mit diesem Format und anhand von interaktiven Tutorials können Nutzer live erfahren, wie Gaia-X funktioniert und welche unterschiedlichen Rollen im Kontext von Industrie 4.0 und von digitalen Ökosystemen existieren. Der Demonstrator wird mit einem modularen Erlebnisforum bedarfsgerecht erweitert. Hier werden die Nutzer an einzelnen Stationen an die Inhalte herangeführt, die insbesondere für KMU von Interesse sind. Beispielhaft können die Themen Datensicherheit & Datensouveränität, Datenaustausch, Online-Datenspeicher, Datenräume & Datenökosysteme in einem anschaulichen Messeformat dargestellt werden. Neben demDemonstrator und demAusstellungsformat wird das XperienceLab durch ein modulares Workshopangebot ergänzt. Ziel ist es, KMU ein einfaches Gaia-X-Onboarding zu ermöglichen. Zusätzlich zu den vor Ort erlebbaren Inhalten soll ein breiter Anwenderkreis durch ein digitales Workshopangebot erreicht werden. Dabei sollen Workshopreihen zu unterschiedlichen Themensträngen entwickelt werden, die an die Bedürfnisse unterschiedlicher Interessenten angepasst sind. Als weitere Maßnahmen zur Vernetzung der Akteure werden Veranstaltungen in den Communitys der Partner organisiert. In addition to the demonstrator and the exhibition format, the XperienceLabs will be complemented by a modular workshop offering. The aim is to make onboarding to GAIA-X as easy as possible for SMEs. In addition to the content that can be experienced on site, a wide range of users is to be reached through a digital workshop offering. The aim is to develop a series of workshops on various topics that are tailored to the needs of all interested stakeholders. As further measures for the networking of all stakeholders, events will be organized in the communities of the project partners.
