FOCUS – FOLLOW-UP REPORT 40 / UdZ 03.22 Der Mensch ist das Zentrum des digitalenWandels 1. Konferenz Smart Work am FIR begeistert mit Einblicke in das Führen und Lernen in der digitalisierten Arbeitswelt Premiere im Cluster Smart Logistik auf dem RWTH Aachen Campus: Mehr als 100 Gäste aus verschiedensten Professionen kamen vom 24. – 25.08.2022 zur „1. Konferenz Smart Work: Führen und lernen in der digitalisierten Arbeitswelt“. Die Konferenz markierte den Abschluss der vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) geförderten Projekte ‚eLLa4.0 – Gute Führung und Arbeit in der Soziodigitalen Transformation‘ und ‚LidA – Lernen in der digitalisierten Arbeitswelt‘. Mit Vorträgen, Panel-Diskussionen, Themensessions und Workshops bot sie Gelegenheit, sich intensiv mit den Auswirkungen und Perspektiven des Wandels auf und für Beschäftigte und Führungskräfte auseinanderzusetzen. Im Vordergrund stand, welchen Einfluss die Digitalisierung auf die Rolle von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften hat, wie sie Organisationen, Prozesse und Arbeitsinhalte verändert und was das für zukünftig gefragte Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen als auch für das soziale Miteinander und die Unternehmenskultur bedeutet. Neben dem Gastgeber FIR an der RWTH Aachen, vertreten durch Geschäftsführer Professor Volker Stich und Roman Senderek, Bereichsleiter Smart Work, begrüßten auch Christoph Ziegler vom Projektträger Karlsruhe, Dr. Ralf Kopp von der Sozialforschungsstelle Dortmund (Sfs), Konsortialführer des ‚eLLa4.0‘-Projekts, sowie Jonas Haas von der IPRI gGmbH, Konsortialführer ‚LidA‘-Projekt, die Anwesenden. Sie boten einen Überblick über Zielsetzung und Ergebnisse der beiden Projekte. It was the kickoff of a new conference series at the Smart Logistics Cluster on RWTH Aachen Campus: more than 100 guests from a wide range of professions took part in the 1st Smart Work Conference: Leading and Learning in the Digitalized World of Work from August 24 to 25, 2022. The conference marked the conclusion of the projects ‘eLLa4.0 – Good Leadership and Work in the Sociodigital Transformation’ and ‘LidA - Learning in the Digitalized World of Work’. With lectures, panel discussions, themed sessions, and workshops, it provided the opportunity to take an in-depth look at the effects of change on employees and managers and the new perspectives it provides. The main focus was on the influence of digitalization on the role of employees and managers, how it changes organizations, processes and work content, what skills and qualifications will thus be required in the future, and how digitalization affects social interaction and corporate culture. In addition to the conference host, FIR at RWTH Aachen University, which was represented by managing director Professor Volker Stich and Roman Senderek, Head of Smart Work, Christoph Ziegler from the Karlsruhe Project Management Agency, Dr. Ralf Kopp from Sozialforschungsstelle Dortmund (Sfs), consortium leader of the eLLa4.0 project, and Jonas Haas from IPRI gGmbH, consortium leader of the LidA project, welcomed the attendees and provided an overview of the objectives and results of the two projects.
