UdZ / Issue 01.23

A.; Hagedorn, M.; Hartmann, S.; Heilert, D.; Harter, C.; Olschewski, I.; Eckstein, L.; Baum, M.; Henzelmann, T.; Schlick, T.; Seid, M.; Yoon, M.: Automobile Wertschöpfung 2030/2050. A company’s individual maturity level is then determined as part of a web-based Transformation Capability Assessment. This is an online tool that is made available free of charge to all interested parties as a Web resource; the analysis can be carried out by the companies themselves. Following the assessment, companies are offered specific transformation formats. The three stages of strategy, design and implementation are successively completed. The companies targeted by the hub can be classified as Listeners, Learners or Leaders according to the 3L teaching and learning concept with regard to their development stage3. Companies classified as Listeners have hardly any experience with the taught subject area, while Learners have not yet implemented the taught concepts in the company, but have some familiarity with them and the opportunity for initial demo cases. Companies that are classified as Leaders in the respective field have already implemented initial concepts or technologies, but require further support for optimization and scaling. Based on this, individual learning methods, networking offerings, and knowledge transfer training courses are developed and made available to the target group in online, hybrid, and inperson formats. In this way, existing domain and action knowledge is to be concentrated, processed, disseminated and ultimately profitably used for industry and society through research and development. Continuous support for companies and their employees in the transformation process is intended to ensure that the identified potential for success can be quickly harnessed in order to maintain and sustainably increase competitiveness. hv Are you interested in the project?
