O. 7 Mrzygłocka-Chojnacka and Kott 2019, p. 4 8 ibid To ensure the subsequent successful adaptation and implementation of the identified measures, we used a RASCI matrix to map those functions within and outside the company that need to be involved in order to implement the respective measure, taking into account the corresponding hurdle at an early stage.7 RASCI is an acronym that stands for Responsible, Accountable, Supported, Consulted, and Informed. The model serves as a tool for analyzing the involvement of business roles in different activities in crossfunctional processes.8 Companies planning to introduce a chatbot can use the catalogue of measures both directly at the beginning of an implementation project to identify potential obstacles at an early stage and during the project to eliminate problems that have already occurred. The advantage of using the catalogue of measures becomes apparent in the following example (see Figure 1): The introduction of a new technology interferes with existing processes and structures and may cause resistance and uncertainty about the impending change. This hurdle might be describes as follows: “Attitude of rejection and reservations among staff about the new technology”. The reasons for such resistance can be manifold: a lack of knowledge about the benefits of the new technology, a
