KG, Modell Aachen GmbH, UKA AIXTRA, MedAix GmbH Website: gala.fir.de Bildungszentrum für Pflege und Gesundheit (BZPG) Anika Oidtmann (Pflegemanagerin, Leitung Fort- und Weiterbildung für Pflegeberufe beim BZPG), Marina von Kummer und Sandra Kupzig (beide gehören zum Pädagogischen Team der Pflegeschule des BZPG) berichteten schließlich über die Gestaltung praxisnaher Trainingseinheiten im Bildungszentrum. Angehende Pflegefachkräfte wie Lernende weiterer Ausbildungsgänge nutzen auch hier die Trainingsorte. Im Skills Lab des BZPG werden spezielle Kompetenzen trainiert, die für die Pflege grundlegend sind. So können Auszubildende professionelle Handlungskompetenzen praktisch einüben. Dabei kommenauchKameras undeineigener Regie-RaumzumEinsatz. Zum Abschluss des Vormittags wurden Aufwand- und Nutzeneffekte solcher Lernsettings diskutiert. Es wurde betont, dass diese Formen des arbeitsnahen Lernens zukünftig eine (noch) bedeutendere Rolle im Aus- und Weiterbildungsge- schehen im Gesundheitswesen einnehmen werden. Es fehlt jedoch derzeit an guten Hilfen und Tools, um solche Trainingsmöglichkeiten auf- und auszubauen. Dementsprechend wurden auch der Workshop mit den verschiedenen praktischen Umsetzungen und der Möglichkeit des Austausches sehr geschätzt. Wir bedanken uns bei allen Beispielgebern für die spannenden Einblicke in ihre Trainingsorte und bei den teilnehmenden Unternehmen und Organisationen für den anregenden Austausch über die Potenziale solcher Settings. fe Training Centre for Nursing and Health (BZPG) Anika Oidtmann (Nursing Manager, Head of Advanced and ContinuingTraining for NursingProfessions at the BZPG),Marina vonKummerandSandraKupzig(both: Pedagogical TeamNursing School of the BZPG) finally reported on the design of practiceoriented trainingunits in the trainingcentre. In thisway, trainees can practice professional skills. Cameras and a separate control room are also used. At the end of themorning, the effects of the effort and benefits of such learning settings were discussed. It was emphasised that these forms of work-related learning will play an (even) more important role in education and training in the health sector in the future. However, there is currently a lack of good aids and tools to establish and expand such training opportunities. Accordingly, the workshop with the various practical implementations and the possibility of exchange was very much appreciated.
