Digitales Lernen und Lehren Digitale Arbeitsräume haben längst Eingang in unseren Alltag gefunden und auch das Lernen hat sich entsprechend verändert. Insbesondere der Bereich der beruflichen Weiterbildung unterlag in kurzer Zeit einem fundamentalen Wandel: Immer mehr Unternehmen setzen seit Beginn der Corona-Pandemie auf digitale Formate und Tools, um Lernen dennoch zu ermöglichen2. Die BDG Smart Work beschäftigt sich mit der Erforschung und Erprobung neuer Lernformate und ist darauf spezialisiert, innovative digitale Formate für Unternehmen und ihre Beschäftigten sowohl methodisch-didaktisch als auch inhaltlich umzusetzen. Dabei gilt es, aus methodisch-didaktischer und auch ökonomischer Perspektive zu entscheiden, welche digitalen, aber auch analogen Lernformate für welche Inhalte geeignet sind und ein für das jeweilige Unternehmen geeignetes Mischverhältnis herzustellen. Darüber hinaus sind die neu entwickelten Themen in bestehende Angebote einzubetten oder mit diesen zu verknüpfen. Im eigenen Innovation-Lab verfügt die BDG Smart Work über modernste Technologien und erstellt Webinare, Web-based-Trainings, Podcasts sowie Videos. Außerdem bietet das Lab einen Experimentierraum, um innovative Technologien zu erforschen und diese in die digitale Lernwelt zu überführen, wie z. B. Lernen in Mixed-, Virtual- work processes. Furthermore, it accompanies companies in the design of learning-friendly working conditions, ensuring that employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and competencies on a continuous basis. Digital Learning and Teaching Digital workspaces have found their way into our everyday lives and learning has also changed accordingly. The area of vocational education and training in particular has undergone a fundamental change in a short period of time: since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, more andmore companies have been relying on digital formats and tools to continue to provide learning opportunities.2 The BDG Smart Work is engaged in researching and testing new teaching and learning formats and specializes in implementing innovative digital formats for companies and their employees, both in terms of methodology and content. In this process, it is important to decide from both didactic-methodological and economic perspectives which digital and analogue learning formats are suitable for which contents and then to create a blended format that is suitable for the company in question. In addition, the newly developed topics and materials must be embedded in existing offerings or linked to them. In its own Innovation Lab, the BDG Smart Work has the latest technologies at its disposal and creates webinars, web-based trainings, podcasts and videos.
