SPECTRUM – APPLIED RESEARCH 72 / UdZ 03.22 Gewonnene EU-Projekte > DATAMITE – DATA Monetization, Interoperability, Trading & Exchange Ziel des Forschungsprojekts ‚DATAMITE‘ ist es, durch die Bereitstellung eines modularen, quelloffenen sowie bereichsüber- greifenden Frameworks die Verbesserung der Monetarisierung, der Interoperabilität, des Handels und des Austauschs von Daten in Form von Softwaremodulen, Schulungen und Geschäftsmaterialien von europäischen Unternehmen zu ermöglichen. Um dies zu erreichen, stützt sich das Projekt auf ein Konsortium von 27 Partnern aus 13 Ländern, das die wichtigsten Akteur:innen der Datenwertschöpfungskette zusammenbringt: technische und geschäftliche Interessenvertreter der Datenräume, mehrere Schlüsselgemeinschaften (IDSA, Gaia-X, EUHUBS4DATA, AI4EUROPE, EOSC), Schlüsselexpert:innen für recht- liche und SSH-Aspekte, um die Einhaltung rechtlicher und gesellschaftlicher Vorschriften zu gewährleisten, sowie Vermittler:innen für den Aufbau von Open-Source-Gemeinschaften und Standardisierungsaktivitäten, um den Transfer auf den Markt zu beschleunigen. Das Projekt beginnt im Januar 2023 und ist auf 36 Monate datiert. > IDEATION Ziel des Forschungsprojekts ‚IDEATION‘ ist es, die Innovationsfähigkeit und die unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten von Studierenden und Higher Education Institutions (HEI) zu steigern. Das FIR ist Teil eines fünf Einrichtungen umfassenden Konsortiums. Neben den Projektkoordinator:innen aus Polen (Wrocław University of Science and Technology) ergänzen Partner:innen aus Israel (Holon Institute of Technology), Spanien (University of La Laguna) und Italien (Centre of Research and Technnological Innovation) das Konsortium. IDEATION ist Teil der europaweiten HEI-Initiative und läuft von Juli 2022 bis Juni 2024. EU-ProjectsWon The goal of the ‘DATAMITE’ research project is to enable the improvement of monetization, interoperability, trading and exchange of data in the form of software modules, training and business materials from European companies by providing a modular, open source as well as cross-domain framework. To achieve this, the project relies on a consortium of 27 partners from 13 countries, bringing together the main actors of the data value chain: technical and business stakeholders of the data spaces, several key communities (IDSA, Gaia-X, EUHUBS4DATA, AI4EUROPE, EOSC), key experts:in legal and SSH aspects to ensure legal and societal compliance, and facilitator:s for open source community building and standardization activities to accelerate the transfer to the market. The project starts in January 2023 and is dated for 36 months. With the exception of one of these projects, the others will not start until 01.01.2023. The goal of the ‘IDEATION’ research project is to increase the innovation and entrepreneurial skills of students and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The FIR is part of a consortium of five institutions. In addition to the project coordinators from Poland (Wrocław University of Science and Technology), partners from Israel (Holon Institute of Technology), Spain (University of La Laguna) and Italy (Centre of Research and Technological Innovation) complete the consortium.
