Smart Work

The Smart Work team supports companies and their employees in implementing new work concepts. This includes the design of hybrid work models as well as digitalization and the use of AI to make work more flexible. The challenge of leadership in diverse teams and the assessment of work in multiple employment relationships are also topics. The group also works on designing innovative teaching and learning processes that are embedded in work environments conducive to learning. Continuing education and lifelong learning are important aspects of this.
