Development of a typology for service concepts of the durable goods sector

The objective was the development of a typology for service concepts of the durable goods sector.

The objective of ServTyp was to develop a typology, based on empirically validated criteria. At its core different service types should be characterized. This typology should support companies in a holistic self-assessment and identifying room for improvement of their services.
