Towards Resilient and Intelligent Multimodal Transport Networks – ‘ReMuNet’ Final Event
A warm invitation to all interested parties to attend the closing event of the ‘ReMuNet’ research project, taking place during TRA 2026 in Budapest – co-organised together with the sister project ‘SARIL’!
The ReMuNet and SARIL projects brings together researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, and logistics operators to showcase the latest advances in resilient, adaptive, and intelligent multimodal freight transport.
The two projects work closely together, addressing the same challenge from complementary perspectives. While ‘SARIL’ focuses on analysing disruptions, defining resilience indicators, and developing strategic insights through stakeholder engagement and simulation, ‘ReMuNet’ translates these insights into real-time operational solutions for multimodal transport. Together, they bridge the gap between analysis and application, supporting a more adaptive, efficient, and sustainable European freight system.
This event offers a valuable opportunity to explore how digital innovation and international and cross-functional cooperation are shaping the future of freight transport and to engage with key stakeholders from across the sector.
