cintelion

The goal of the ‘cintelion’ project is to make data-driven process optimization widely available to small and medium-sized enterprises. The software analyzes business processes quickly and cost-effectively without requiring in-depth technical expertise, thereby helping to boost competitiveness and efficiency.

Initial Situation

Manufacturing SMEs face intense competitive and cost pressures and must continuously optimize their processes. However, existing process analysis solutions are often too complex, costly, and project-driven, making them impractical for most companies. As a result, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization remain untapped.

Solution Approach

The project involves the development and iterative refinement of a software solution for the data-driven analysis of business processes. In this process, real-world requirements are identified, prototyped, and validated in real-world application scenarios with pilot companies. The goal is to develop an easy-to-use and scalable solution for use in SMEs.

Expected Result

Over the course of the project, an initial market-ready prototype (MVP) will be developed and tested in selected use cases. The solution will first be validated with a limited set of features and further developed in collaboration with pilot customers. The goal is to demonstrate both technical feasibility and practical economic benefits.

Benefits for the Target Group

SMEs gain simple and cost-effective access to data-driven process optimization. They can identify inefficiencies early on, boost their productivity, and sustainably improve their competitiveness. At the same time, the need for external consulting projects and in-house expertise is reduced.
