Research Assistants at FIR

In the female@FIR network, female researchers work to identify and overcome structural inequality.

We create a strong community by:

• establishing a shared foundation of trust among female scientific staff,
• forming sustainable networks across institutes as well,
• creating awareness of equal opportunity,
