The goal of the HyProDesign was to create a development architecture for hybrid products which integrates the development running so far parallel and the marketing of material goods on the one site and services on the other.
The goal of HyProDesign was to develope an integrated architecture concerning the product-mix, design and marketing of hybrid products. In this regard, it was very important to use an integrated approach which takes the different management levels of companies into account. The project’s approach is based on the St. Gallen Management-Concept by focussing on the three dimensions Structure, Activity and Culture.
