Development of models and methods for the creation and simulative evaluation of supply chains with the help of reference processes

The objective was the development of models and methods for a simulative evaluation of reference processes in supply chains.

The aim of NetAssess was the development of models and methods to rate reference processes in supply chains. Further a decision model for the design of supply chains was developed based on the monetary benchmarking of process constellations. The advantages that a consequent realization of reference processes causes for the enterprise and the supply chain should be worked out and among which requirements the realization is possible.
